PLEASE READ: Possible Move

The owner of Center Stage Sports, "JoshSmith" on our site has approached me about a possible move to his site. Please vote in this poll.

In all honesty, I feel as though we shouldn't move. Yes the other website may have more members and activity, but I feel like this can get to that level but it will take time and patience. In the past week we have had 9 members join. That's pretty damn good to me and there is only more to come. The other site seems and looks very cool and also looks like a nice community but I feel we can achieve the same on here. A few upgrades and this site can be top notch.

1. That may be best...
2. Any specific upgrades you had in mind (other than makeover)?
3. Do you have any interest in joining that site? I am on there as well.

I think this forum is fine as is. I see no reason to move to another forum because it is bigger. While owning a gigantic forum with constant active posting is awesome, there are benefits to small communities as well. I kind of like the small community feeling, personally. I guess that is just a preference though. Not only that, I feel like the fact that this forum is a game, I don't think it would make sense for the members to move to a general sports forum.

We have leagues on our forum you know that lol. The reason this would make sense is because while people are not participating in the league they can talk sports with alot of other members. Will make the league more active in general.

This is not just online leagues, it is an ultimate team style NBA game.

I feel like with the community this forum has already developed, this game is unique enough to have its own forum. I actually think the idea of a forum based sports game being the main focus on a forum is pretty cool. Also, sometimes things are better left separated, as I know you guys figured out when you chose to back off doing the Sports Insomnia merge. This forum is fine as is. Forumotion definitely isn't a good host, but as they grow, they can slowly make their way towards bigger and better things. This is just like what you have done with many of the members who have been on your past forums that are now on CenterStageSports today. They kept with you back on the ProBoards days, and look where you have taken your group of people now. It's a roller coaster process, but it should be worth it in the end.

There is no reason we can't all affiliate.

No reason to move. We shouldn't rush into anything.

At the momment, I think we should just stay here until it gets overcrowded. I can change the colors or something to make it attractive

Try playing around with Black as a background color. I can do it if you want.

The NHL Sim League may be moved to Center Stage, so if you plan on partaking, I will start anew on his site. (possibly)

Listen I'm all for this site and will appreciate it no matter what. But, I honestly feel to keep everything here. If you are planning on moving the NHL Sim league to the other site I would still keep it on here as well.

Although it seems a little dark. Also, to me I feel like Blue would better scream NBA than yellow/orange. I like the layout but that's my personal opinion

I take it this post was meant to be in the other thread. I was going for a basketball color, and this skin jumped out at me.
