    Requirements:
    Defeat pro league 2
    own 1 Charlotte Bobcats card and alumni card
    75 overall

    Tier 1 teams Toronto%20Raptors
    Requirements:
    own 2 Toronto raptors card and 1 raptors alumni card
    achieve a team rating of 83 or above
    76 overall

    Tier 1 teams Miami%20Heat
    Requirements:
    own 2 Miami Heat cards and 1 heat alumni card
    be at level 28
    77 overall

    Tier 1 teams Memphis%20Grizzlies
    Requirements:
    own 2 Memphis Gizzlies cards and 1 Grizzlies alumni card
    be on season 15 (if for any reason season 15 isn't released at the time someone plays, his requirement will be delayed)
    79 overall

    Tier 1 teams Los%20Angeles%20Clippers
    Requirements:
    own 1 platinum card from the LA Clippers, as well as another card. Own 1 LA Clippers alumni card
    own 1 all star card
    80 overall

    Tier 1 teams New%20Orleans%20Hornets
    Requirements:
    own 3 Hornets cards, and 2 Hornets alumni
    be at season 16
    have a rating of 85 and above
    81 overall

    based off of the franchise's overall performances. I know it doesn't make sense Miami is this low, but their earlier years were not very hot.
